Sean – Your Guide to Adventure

Unlocking the great outdoors…

Adventure is in my blood. Growing up orienteering, mountain biking and fell running, I continued my love of outdoor pursuits into adulthood, until in 2015, I was finally able to pursue my passion for all things outdoor, full time.

With decades of experience in the mountains, I aim to advise, plan and guide you safely on your Adventure. I get a real buzz supporting people of all backgrounds and abilities to enjoy the mountains and achieve their personal goals.

I am a qualified Mountain Leader, Cycle leader and Fell/ Trail running leader which underpins my extensive practical experience in each area. I have also competed in many outdoor sports with notable achievements such as winning the Original Mountain Marathon OMM Elite class and the Polaris Mountain bike events (now the OMM bike) numerous times.

I just love to be out there!

Come and join me.

Julia – Your experience concierge

The experience beyond the event…

I look after our corporate clients and charity partners, ensuring they have a quality Adventure experience, beyond the trails. As a trained solicitor, having worked in corporate finance in senior legal and governance roles, I understand what corporate teams are looking for when they escape the office. I appreciate the importance for our charity partners on stewardship and supporter experience. Heavily involved in personal development, team building and CSR challenges with my own teams, I am keen to ensure all enjoy a quality experience before and after they don their hiking boots! From suitable accommodation to food and logistics, I’m here to make sure you get everything you expect, and more.

An Adventure lover myself – hiking in Nepal and Patagonia and summitting Mount Toubkal in Morocco and Mount Kinabulu in Borneo amongst my greatest Adventure wins – I provide the ground services for Sean.

Now living close to the Lake District I realise Adventure is only a stone’s throw away, so why not explore it…

Brendan – from office to mountain…

With a degree in economics, and an MBA from Manchester Business School you can be forgiven for thinking I’m all work and no play. But I understand more than most the pressures of corporate life, and the escape the mountain call can provide.

I’m actually Sean’s (older) brother, and have also lived and breathed the outdoors from a very young age, from orienteering to mountain biking, boating and fell running. I even gave Sean a run for his money when we both competed in the Original Mountain Marathon OMM Elite class (which we won).

As a qualified mountain leader and business professional, I help steer Adventure Trails’ offering for our corporate clients.
